Kjell-André Steffensen, Nordic Managing Director, will follow with a real-world case study highlighting measurable impact and tangible outcomes. Finally, Tuva Lønne, an experienced Simulation Designer with a Master’s degree in Psychology, will share practical insights on designing learning journeys that drive behavioral change and deliver lasting results.
