What does it take to build a learning culture that scales across borders?
At this breakfast seminar, we are thrilled to welcome Marcus Wärn, a strategist in learning and culture, who will share how to build organizations where learning truly happens and not just gets planned. Over the past 15 years, Marcus has built global L&D teams and is passionate about helping organizations align technology, design, and human curiosity. He will also explore how leaders can create everyday conditions that allow people to genuinely grow.
Next, we will hear from Anna Rönnelöv from O'Learys Group. With more than 17 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Anna will discuss how O’Learys implemented structured and consistent learning to boost performance and engagement across borders.
Before we move into the panel discussion, Martin Harsheim Bruusgaard, our own Product Design Director with 20 years experience, will share insights on the science behind games. How psychology and nudges are used to keep players engage, and how those mechanics make everything feel more fun!
